Appointments and Booking

During your online consultation, our highly trained nurse practitioner will address your questions, offer expert guidance on male fertility, and provide requisition forms for necessary tests—all in a secure, confidential environment.

Your appointment will be specific to you and your concerns, but the nurse practitioner may ask you about your fertility journey, lifestyle, diet, and anything you have tried so far.

We respect your privacy. You can choose to keep your consultation confidential or request that we share your results and recommendations with your care provider.

After your consultation, you’ll receive a requisition form for a semen analysis, which you can take to your nearest FlowLabs location for testing. The results will be shared with you and, if you choose, with your care provider.

No—FlowTelehealth covers the full cost of the consultation, so it’s completely free to the patient.

We’re here to support you beyond your initial consultation. You can schedule additional consultations to discuss your test results, ask follow-up questions, and receive further guidance tailored to your situation.

You need to be registered as a patient in our system in order to book an appointment. If you don’t book an appointment right after registering as a new patient, you’ll need to fill out the Returning Patient Information Form to confirm we have your details on file. Once you submit that, it will give you the option to select a date and time and book your appointment.

The information that you use to fill in the Returning Patient Information Form should be the same as what you input into the New Patient Intake Form. Otherwise, you will get a message that says “Error: We could not find your file in our system. Please confirm that the details you have entered are correct.”
