Click “Sign Up Now” and simply fill in your email, first name, last name, and phone number to get started.
2. Check your email for registration and booking instructions.
We will send you instructions on how to register for our secure booking platform and book an appointment.
3. Be online for your appointment!
When you book your appointment, you will receive a virtual appointment link via email. Be online 5 minutes early to ensure that you can access it.
4. When prompted, create an account on our patient portal.
This allows you to receive documents and messages from the nurse practitioner after your appointment. The first time something is added, you’ll receive an email notification and be prompted to create a profile. After that, you can log in any time to view documents and messages.
